You want to be healthy, you want to make “good” choices but the amount of information available – especially when consulting the web – is OVERWHELMING!!!!

And let’s face it – more overwhelm is NOT what we’re after here.

Let me start first by what I am not.

I am not a doctor.

I am not a certified dietician. I am not a therapist.

I AM a holistic health coach certified through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and an essential oils educator.

So what does this mean?

I’m not

I take a holistic approach to health by looking at the individual that is you! We are not cookie cutter copies of one another, which is why cookie cutter diets, fad diets and a one-sized fits all approach doesn’t work for long term health transformation! I don’t subscribe to any one dietary theory for just this reason – what may work for your biochemistry may not work for mine.

What I have learned in my studies, through my mentors and on my own health journey, is that radical, massive changes is not the way to lasting, sustainable health. Reaching and sustaining your health goals is all about implementing small changes and building one upon another.

In my private, one-on-one coaching sessions, I work with individuals as just that – individuals.

First we assess where you are NOW, then we start from there.

It’s not just about food – it’s about your life!

It’s ALL connected my dear!

So in our sessions we talk about relationships, stress, work…..

With my clients and in my own life, we make lasting changes by taking small, easy to implement steps. By crowding out the “less desirable” foods and lifestyle habits, we start to see miraculous changes in our moods, our taste buds, our sleep, our relationships, our waist lines.

One-On-One Coaching

Your choice:

1 month Intensive (4 sessions, 1 hour each)
4 month Program (8 sessions, 1 hour each)

What you get:

• We start with a complimentary discovery session to see where you are, discuss what your health goals may be and which program is the best fit for you.

• We have either weekly or bi-weekly sessions via Skype or in person. Each session is followed up with session notes to provide you with some perspective on your current state of affairs and guide you through implementation.

• Throughout our time together, you have my continued email/text support to help you stay accountable and to celebrate your successes. In the words of Mama Gena, “What you don’t celebrate turns to shit.”

• I have a few slots available each month for private one-on-one coaching for women who are committed to making changes and ready for radical, radiant health!
